How Does Your Design Process Actually Work?

If you already know roughly what you want, come by our Brampton shop and we’ll walk you through materials and finishes in person. If you’re not sure yet, we’ll come to you for a free walk-through, measure the space, and talk through the options before any price gets discussed.

What's Actually Included in the Quote You Give Me?

A real, itemized breakdown — door and box material, hardware, countertop if it’s part of the job, and installation. You’ll see individual pricing for each piece, so you can add or drop things based on your budget instead of guessing what’s baked into one lump number.

What's the Difference Between Plywood, MDF and Melamine Boxes?

Plywood is the strongest and holds screws best over time, which is why we use it for cabinet boxes as standard. MDF is smooth and takes paint beautifully, so it’s what we use for doors and panels. Melamine is a budget-friendly option for interiors where looks matter less than cost.

How Durable Is Custom Cabinetry Compared to Big-Box Options?

Real plywood boxes and solid hardware simply outlast particleboard flat-pack units, especially around moisture and daily wear. We stand behind our workmanship after install, and we’ll walk you through the specific warranty terms for your materials during the consultation.

Can You Help Make My Space More Organized?

Yes — pull-out drawers, lazy Susans, spice racks, waste bin pull-outs and drawer dividers can all be built into the cabinets rather than added after. We size these to how you actually use the space, not a generic insert.

What Are My Options for Countertops and Backsplash?

Quartz is the most popular choice since it doesn’t need sealing and comes in a huge range of colours. Granite and quartzite are natural stone options with veining no two slabs repeat. For backsplash, tile is classic, or we can carry the same quartz up the wall for a seamless look.

How Long Does a Project Take From Quote to Install?

It depends on scope — a single vanity moves faster than a full kitchen or a commercial fit-out. We’ll give you a real timeline once we’ve measured your space and locked in material selections.
